Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop plans and deliver enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and small technology projects focused on Dynamics CRM and related enterprise systems.
- Administer, configure, customize, extend, test, and support Dynamics CRM and connected sales and marketing applications.
- Design and maintain enterprise integrations using APIs, webhooks, iPaaS platforms, ETL and ELT processes, event-driven workflows, and scripting or programming languages.
- Develop scripts, workflow automations, reports, dashboards, and application extensions using JavaScript, C#, Power Apps, Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business, user experience, data, and integration requirements into technical solutions.
- Document system configurations, integrations, processes, technical decisions, test scenarios, implementation plans, SOPs, and RACIs.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor and triage support requests, troubleshoot defects and system failures, and escalate issues as needed.
- Present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to senior executives and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of application development experience as an MS Dynamics CE CRM developer or analyst.
- Experience administering, configuring, customizing, or extending Dynamics CRM or a comparable enterprise CRM platform.
- Experience designing, building, troubleshooting, or supporting enterprise application integrations, ideally with Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform.
- Experience with workflow automation, scripting, data mapping, error handling, custom development, SaaS implementations, integrations, upgrades, and release management.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Python, iPaaS, APIs, and automation technologies.
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing systems such as Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and HubSpot.
- Experience creating technical, architecture, configuration, testing, and implementation documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business, or Engineering, or comparable experience.
