  • Architect multi-node orchestration, sub-agent patterns, agentic workflows, memory systems, context management, and conversation state handling.
  • Develop and optimize RAG patterns, retrieval strategies, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and agent knowledge bases.
  • Build integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein, MuleSoft, external APIs, MCP, and enterprise platforms.
  • Implement content ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured sources including PDFs, web content, and documents.
  • Lead platform migrations while maintaining zero downtime for production systems.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, debugging, testing, UAT, production deployments, and high-availability practices.
  • Make technical decisions about agent design, scalability, performance, and architecture; contribute to roadmap planning and architecture reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead design discussions, implementation, delivery, and bi-weekly production release cycles.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software development experience with increasing technical complexity and scope.
  • Strong backend development experience in Java, Python, C++, C#, or another object-oriented compiled, statically typed language.
