Base Salary

$83k - $222k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, deploy, and maintain complex integrations between Workday and internal, external, and third-party systems.
  • Build and configure Workday Extend applications, Workday Orchestrate workflows, Workday Studio integrations, API connections, data transformations, mappings, and error-handling logic.
  • Use Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors to integrate Workday with external applications.
  • Develop integration workflows that automate business processes and synchronize data across systems.
  • Support data migration, Workday quarterly release updates, production monitoring, incident resolution, and ongoing integration improvements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, development teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, provide training and knowledge transfer, and mentor developers, analysts, and other technical staff.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
  • At least 5 years of experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders and resolving complex Workday integration issues.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API patterns.
  • At least 3 years of Workday Extend experience and at least 1 year of Workday Orchestrate experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, Studio, Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
  • Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer I Certification and a bachelor's degree are required.
  • Workday Integrations Pro certification and Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Certification are preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and multitasking skills are preferred.
