Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, customize, deploy, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal, external, and third-party systems.
- Develop and configure Workday Extend applications and design modular Workday Orchestrate workflows with API connections, data processing, conditional logic, and error handling.
- Build complex Workday Studio integrations, including web services configuration, transformation logic, data mappings, and pre-built connector integrations.
- Develop integration workflows that trigger business processes and synchronize data between Workday and external systems.
- Support data migration, Workday quarterly release updates, production monitoring, incident resolution, and ongoing integration troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and code documentation, and provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in project planning, manage multiple projects, communicate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of integration solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Workday Extend and Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
- At least 5 years of experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders and resolving complex Workday integration issues.
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API patterns.
- At least 3 years of Workday Extend experience.
- At least 1 year of Workday Orchestrate experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and Studio.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
- Preferred qualifications include Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer I, Workday Integrations Pro, and Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, and multitasking skills are preferred.
