Base Salary
$100k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the core frontend architecture, patterns, and infrastructure for scalable web applications.
- Build reusable component libraries, tooling, and frontend platform foundations.
- Design and deliver AI-powered, customer-facing features for complex security workflows.
- Own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight while balancing speed, quality, and sustainable engineering practices.
- Mentor frontend engineers and provide technical leadership as the team grows.
- Drive code quality, performance, usability, reliability, and engineering craftsmanship.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Prior experience operating at Staff, Senior Staff, or Principal Frontend Engineer level.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web application architecture.
- Strong experience with frontend infrastructure, component libraries, build systems, state management, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work autonomously and own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional attention to detail, engineering craftsmanship, collaboration, and communication skills.
