Base Salary
$174k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced AI and machine learning systems for e-commerce scenarios.
- Pioneer optimization techniques for AI reasoning and token-completion models.
- Design and implement high-quality algorithms and systems independently.
- Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly on improvements.
- Contribute to computer vision product enablement, model-reasoning observability, and new e-commerce-optimized model architectures.
- Generate ideas for improving algorithms and systems and deliver business impact through technology innovation.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and functions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML and familiarity with current deep learning techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in technology companies or organizations.
- Preferred: knowledge of e-commerce or eagerness to learn.
- Preferred: industry experience applying large language models or large image models.
- Preferred: demonstrated ability to independently design and implement high-quality algorithms and systems.
- Preferred: strong record of delivering significant business impact through technology innovation.
