Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Configure and support ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Collaborate with security and operations teams to automate and streamline processes.
- Build reports, dashboards, and service catalog solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and implement enhancements.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and engineering.
- Experience with ServiceNow SecOps is mandatory/preferred in the posting.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, and the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Preferred experience includes integrating vulnerability scanners such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and security operations processes is preferred.
