Responsibilities
- Build and operate COS as a secure cloud-native platform using containers, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and infrastructure/configuration as code.
- Introduce AIOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices, including automated detection and diagnosis and safe monitoring of AI components.
- Execute deployments, upgrades, configuration changes, troubleshooting, service restoration, and performance/load testing.
- Improve secure CI/CD through testing, security scanning, policy checks, controlled releases, compliance activities, risk assessments, audits, and configuration baselines.
- Apply SRE practices to improve availability, scalability, performance, monitoring, and reliability.
- Own runbooks, on-call readiness, incident and problem management, SLA follow-up, access management, and service performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in DevSecOps or platform engineering in cloud-native environments, with end-to-end build-and-run ownership.
- Strong CI/CD and automation skills, including SAST/SCA, image scanning, policy checks, and controlled releases.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and OpenTelemetry.
- Ability to work across a broad technology stack, learn new tools quickly, communicate clearly with global teams, and mentor or share practices.
- Hands-on experience making production systems secure, predictable, observable, and reliable.
- Experience with AI platform engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, LLM service deployment and monitoring, RAG pipelines, or embeddings/vector search is preferred.
- Academic credentials, if provided, must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
