Responsibilities

  • Support build and release automation, configuration management, and system maintenance for Maxis teams globally.
  • Work with game teams to ensure automation meets reliability requirements.
  • Maintain system health across multiple repositories.
  • Troubleshoot automation infrastructure and support failure investigations.
  • Report task status and failure incidents to teams in other time zones.
  • Document issues and solutions to improve processes across different environments.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 3 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Docker.
  • Experience with build orchestration tools and systems such as Jenkins and Pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Perforce and Git.
  • A wide variety of debugging strategies.
  • Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with distributed systems.
