Responsibilities
- Develop and improve greenfield and existing backend systems.
- Build REST APIs and engineer microservices for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Postgres.
- Apply clean-code, maintainability, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience with fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English fluency.
- Quick-learning, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
