Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI features that drive revenue from end to end.
- Define success metrics and iterate on features using React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and implement fixes.
- Make foundational technical decisions regarding agent memory and outbound strategies.
- Mentor team members through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience with a focus on React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Production experience with AI features, including debugging and evaluation.
- Strong opinions about human-agent collaboration product surfaces.
- Willingness to communicate with customers to validate features.
- Ability to learn quickly and ask insightful questions.
- Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office 3+ days per week.
