Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI features that drive revenue end to end, including defining success metrics, shipping across React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python, and iterating based on results.
- Work directly with customers through calls and shared Slack channels, then ship fixes and improvements.
- Make foundational technical decisions about agent memory and long-running outbound strategies.
- Mentor teammates through code reviews, design reviews, and pairing on difficult problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience with depth in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or a closely related stack.
- Production experience building AI features, including debugging misbehaving agents and creating evaluations to prevent recurring issues.
- Ability to make strong, thoughtful product and technical decisions about human-agent collaboration.
- Willingness to speak directly with customers to validate newly built features.
- Fast learner who asks good questions.
- Must be based in San Francisco and excited to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
