Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy reliable, scalable software systems for AI-agentic tooling and ML applications.
- Create, evaluate, and safely deploy autonomous AI agents in production.
- Integrate AI-agent solutions across the platform with engineering managers and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality, performance, and operational maturity.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for AI Tooling roadmap features and components.
- Manage project tasks through the software development lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with deep expertise building and scaling distributed systems.
- Expert-level Python proficiency and experience with its ecosystem for production AI/ML applications.
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor designing and delivering complex software solutions.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and workflow tools such as Jira and Git.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic loop design, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience coordinating work across product, research, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in different locations.
- Pragmatic, results-focused approach and curiosity about cybersecurity.
