Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvements and develop technology solutions.
- Collaborate with functional specialists and business stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing SAP applications.
- Participate in strategic planning for new technologies, applications, enhancements, and long-term development initiatives.
- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP HR applications and integrations across multiple technologies and platforms.
- Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and source code optimization.
- Develop technical specifications, design documentation, and solution architecture.
- Support user acceptance testing and successful deployment of solutions and enhancements.
- Align technical solutions with business objectives and measurable organizational value.
- Research emerging SAP technologies and recommend approaches to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Mentor and support other team members.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Extensive SAP ABAP development experience, including Object-Oriented ABAP, is required.
- Experience with Web Dynpro for ABAP, OData services, CDS Views, AMDP, Analytical Queries, RAP, and SAP Fiori/UI5 technologies is required.
- Deep experience supporting SAP Human Resources solutions, including Infotypes, Payroll Cluster, Floorplan Manager, and HR-related development frameworks, is required.
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, testing, and source code optimization is required.
- Expertise working across multiple SAP modules is required.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux environments, SQL, and SAP HANA databases is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, collaboration, and learning skills are required.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors integration experience, including Onboarding 2.0 and OData API integrations.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with complex enterprise HR solutions, large-scale HR systems, payroll operations, and workforce management processes.
