Base Salary

$91k - $186k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design MLOps testing strategies that validate internal controls, rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain test automation, test harnesses, continuous testing practices, and standardized quality patterns.
  • Support test data and environment readiness across environments and analyze defects and production incidents.
  • Develop risk and control testing strategies, identify control gaps, provide quality sign-off, and maintain audit-ready evidence.
  • Drive test strategies, plans, defect processes, reporting, test summary documentation, and adherence to ECO standards.
  • Influence QE standards and best practices, collaborate across engineering teams, and mentor junior Quality Engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the MLOps lifecycle, including model validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience designing scalable test strategies across complex data and machine learning systems.
  • Expertise in test automation and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python, API testing, and SQL-based data validation.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and distributed data systems.
  • Experience with risk-based testing, controls validation, audit readiness, defect analysis, and root-cause solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence engineering and QE stakeholders; strategic execution and mentoring skills.
  • Preferred knowledge includes machine learning, machine learning operations, model validation, QA automation, risk assessments, and test automation strategy.
