Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML systems focused on SLMs, LLMs, AI Agents, and Search architectures.
- Build conversational AI interfaces for multi-turn chat/voice interactions.
- Develop production-grade AI pipelines for data processing and model training.
- Implement feedback loops and continuous learning systems to enhance model performance.
- Create AI-based analytics dashboards to track automation effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical initiatives for AI system integration into existing products.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML researchers to productionize new AI approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in backend software development using modern programming languages, preferably Python.
- Experience building production AI systems including chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Strong foundational understanding of ML and NLP, particularly transformer-based models.
- Expertise in natural language understanding and intent classification.
- Experience tuning ASR and TTS engines for context-aware transcriptions.
- Knowledge of conversation mining for customer intent and sentiment analysis.
- Experience with multi-channel support automation across various platforms.
- Deep knowledge of REST API design and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
