Responsibilities
- Analyze application systems and identify required enhancements.
- Implement application solutions, conduct testing and debugging, and write basic code from design specifications.
- Provide advisory or training support to L3 teams and assign work as needed.
- Support infrastructure including RHEL, JBoss, Apache Web Server, Microsoft IIS, Splunk, AppDynamics, Evolven, and Windows Server 2022.
- Manage and follow up on application incidents to reduce incident volume and meet SLAs.
- Support the mortgage, SME, and MLT business portfolios and their business-process flows.
- Support migration of applications from Linux operating systems to Windows Server 2022.
- Participate in weekend coverage and rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Assess risk, maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with programming and debugging for business applications.
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific business area related to application development.
- Working knowledge of programming languages.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with the business-process flows of the mortgage, SME, and MLT portfolios.
