Responsibilities

Support key new logo pursuits alongside the sales team.
Help signed customers integrate and go live with Bridge solutions.
Cultivate and deliver expansion opportunities and product adoption within existing customer base.
Drive thought leadership and be a trusted advisor for key business and technical stakeholders.
Work to deeply understand the customer’s business objectives and design solutions accordingly.
Lead strategy engagements with users to align to business priorities and secure technical wins.
Act as the 'Voice of the User' to inform Product and Engineering teams.
Provide technical insight and solutions to prospective and existing platform users.

5+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role.
Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility with decision makers.
Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading customer meetings.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
