Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure Power Platform applications, workflows, reporting solutions, and AI-driven features.
Integrate applications with databases, Web APIs, third-party services, SQL, and gateway tools.
Plan and manage Power Platform environments, connectors, releases, data residency, roles, permissions, IAM, governance, and DLP controls.
Build Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, Dataverse data models, and user-friendly Power Apps interfaces.
Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, including structure, permissions, libraries, and pages.
Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and automated verification.
Document application architecture, code, processes, and technical solutions.
Lead technical discussions and code reviews, coach development teams, and provide feedback on secure coding standards.
Collaborate with architects, risk partners, business stakeholders, senior leadership, data owners, quality assurance, operations, and infrastructure engineering.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical or scientific field.
8+ years of hands-on software development experience with services and integration technologies.
Advanced proficiency in 5–7 technical skills spanning programming languages, databases, and web technologies.
Experience with application programming languages, frameworks, database management, and security principles.
Knowledge of AI for designing and integrating AI-driven features such as agents, bots, and data solutions.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, risk management, decision-making, process management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
