Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and integrate secure Power Platform applications with databases and third-party services.
- Build Power Platform AI capabilities, applications, workflows, reporting solutions, and automated business rules.
- Plan and manage Power Platform environments, controls, connectors, releases, permissions, data residency, and DLP policies.
- Develop data models in Dataverse, integrate applications using Web APIs and SQL, and build Power Automate workflows.
- Create Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for data analysis and monitoring.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, including structures, permissions, libraries, and pages.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.
- Document application architecture, code, technical processes, and solution designs.
- Integrate Power Platform application lifecycle management into CI/CD and automated verification where possible.
- Lead technical discussions and code reviews, coach development teams, and provide feedback on secure coding standards.
- Collaborate with architects, risk partners, business stakeholders, data owners, quality assurance, operations, and infrastructure engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical or scientific field.
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with services and integration technologies.
- Proficiency with application programming languages, frameworks, database management, and security principles.
- Advanced proficiency in 5–7 technical skills spanning programming languages, databases, and web technologies.
- Experience designing and integrating AI-driven features such as agents, bots, and data capabilities.
- Knowledge of security certifications or secure software practices, including Cybersecurity, SANS, or ISC2 experience.
- Experience with solution architecture design is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, risk management, decision-making, process management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
