Responsibilities
- Lead the design and scaling of a unified communications platform for member outreach.
- Define and guide the long-term technical roadmap for proactive outreach.
- Partner with ML scientists to integrate predictive models into communication workflows.
- Optimize system performance for reliability and deliverability of messages.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Mentor engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience with high-scale distributed systems or communication platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools.
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members.
