Principal Engineer - Solutions Architect

Responsibilities
- Understand the capabilities of the Arcesium technology platform and design solutions for integration and scalability.
- Set up a collaboration framework for internal teams to propose and execute technology initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders from Engineering and Product organizations.
- Work with senior management to prepare annual R&D programs and report progress.
- Manage risks proactively and use metrics to drive projects forward.
- Recommend process improvements to support growth and internal goals.
- Communicate with stakeholders, prepare project plans, and conduct governance meetings.
- Teach and mentor project management skills to peers.
Requirements
- A formal degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 8-12 years of experience in building technology solutions.
- Good understanding of distributed systems architecture, cloud development, API integrations, and DevOps philosophy.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Good understanding of working with distributed teams using Agile and Kanban.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in using Project Management and Communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to think independently while being a team player.
