Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and customize solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and related capabilities.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging Agentforce.
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the implementation of complex development projects and integrations with third-party systems.
- Follow and help evolve development best practices for maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- In-depth experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Experience designing and implementing Agentforce-based solutions.
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and building complex system integrations.
- Proficiency with modern development tools like Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants for development.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
