Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems for large software projects.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB.
- Collaborate with the sales team on technical aspects of the sales process.
- Generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in industry events.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer success.
- Innovate and improve MongoDB solutions and processes.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise software pre-sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with modern scripting languages or popular programming languages.
- Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to review complex application architectures and provide improvement guidance.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on deal cycles.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
