Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand Use Case Demand Plans for prioritized customers.
Own the Post-Technical Win technical account strategy for strategic accounts.
Act as the accountable technical leader for specific Use Cases across multiple teams.
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues related to production status.
Leverage internal resources and escalate to technical experts as needed.
Create and execute a PoV for accelerating key use cases into production.
Navigate product and engineering teams for new innovations and upgrades.
Build and maintain success plans covering all customer activities.
Provide internal and external updates on customer health and consumption status.
Develop reusable assets and mentor junior team members.

8+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
Experience with distributed data systems architecture.
Familiarity with Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Data Science technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and engage virtual teams.
Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience in resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
Background in strategic management consulting and business analysis.
Proven track record of quota ownership and performance.
Proficient in both Korean and English.
