Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate backend services and APIs for MCM workflows.
- Own features or projects end-to-end from problem framing to post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and other teams to meet retailer and advertiser needs.
- Contribute to experimentation and launch infrastructure for data-driven decisions.
- Enhance system reliability, performance, and observability through strong engineering practices.
- Support integrations and platform capabilities for global expansion and evolving product needs.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, C++, or Python.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and large-scale production systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
