Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex advertiser workflows in the Moloco Cloud Portal.
- Act as technical lead for medium- to large-scale projects, breaking down problems into clear milestones.
- Architect and evolve backend services and APIs for campaign management.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, and ML teams to define operational strategies.
- Design reliable analytics and reporting pipelines with data correctness mechanisms.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and incident response.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Influence the long-term technical direction for Ads Experience.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend or platform work.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python.
- Strong system design skills with a track record of leading complex features.
- Experience designing and operating web services/APIs and working with databases.
- Proven experience as a project tech lead, delivering high-quality projects on time.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence product scope.
- Fluent in English for technical discussions with global stakeholders.
