Responsibilities
- Become the expert on usage metering and Cloud Cost Management.
- Lead escalations involving unexpected usage and billing anomalies.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to address bugs and improve usage visibility.
- Build internal guides and customer-facing content for billing-related inquiries.
- Run training sessions for the global Solutions team on usage and billing.
- Act as a voice of the customer to influence product roadmap.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of usage measurement and billing.
- Passionate about optimizing cloud costs and understanding cost drivers.
- Familiar with cloud billing models like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Comfortable analyzing data retention and translating telemetry into cost impact.
- Experienced in working across technical and business boundaries.
- Analytical and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
