Responsibilities
- Perform internal penetration testing for web applications and APIs.
- Operate SCA, SAST, and WAF platforms, including AWS WAF and F5.
- Identify application security risks and follow up on vulnerabilities through remediation.
- Communicate risks and mitigation recommendations to developers and stakeholders.
- Support secure design and application protection throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and automate AppSec workflows using AI and Python.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong understanding of application security risks and mitigations.
- Strong hands-on penetration testing experience for web applications and APIs.
- Experience with SAST, SCA, and AWS cloud environments.
- Ideally, experience with WAF platforms.
- AI and automation skills with Python expertise.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and coordination skills.
