Responsibilities
- Implement and operate supported ServiceNow solutions within the DevOps product team.
- Develop sustainable solutions across the full product lifecycle while minimizing technical debt and using platform enhancements effectively.
- Design and develop ServiceNow SPM/ITBM solutions for Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Improve SPM processes, governance, and data models.
- Integrate SPM with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other standard integration technologies.
- Ensure the security of supported products and solutions.
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams and integrate connected products and systems.
- Use, evaluate, and promote AI technologies, including Now Assist, to improve automation, efficiency, quality, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with proven success as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) modules, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management.
- Strong JavaScript knowledge with object-oriented programming, class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Experience designing and implementing REST, SOAP, and PowerShell integrations.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems.
- Experience with agile structures and agile or hybrid project delivery, along with strong teamwork and goal orientation.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow AI platform capabilities, including Now Assist.
- Full-stack development experience is helpful but not required.
- ITIL Foundation and project management certifications are advantageous.
