Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions.
- Develop and customize applications using Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, Salesforce Data, and Data 360.
- Implement Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, data streams, data models, segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Conduct application testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and independently develop subject matter expertise.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve application development processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, Salesforce Data, or Data 360.
- The posting also specifies a minimum of 3 years of experience for the Custom Software Engineer project role.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, Salesforce Data, or Data 360.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, data streams, and data model design.
- Experience creating segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development features is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing and building applications to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
