Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers in various industries.
- Support all project phases, including requirements gathering and customer training.
- Configure Veeva software under the guidance of experienced architects.
- Provide subject matter expertise on implementation methodology.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-team stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the QualityOne practice.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technology implementation experience or engineering role.
- Desire to be hands-on with technology.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel as required for business.
- Legally authorized to work in the EU.
