Responsibilities
- Lead development across products by architecting, building, testing, and shipping high-quality full-stack code.
- Design scalable, elegant, customer-centric solutions in collaboration with Product.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve system-level issues while guiding quality and reliability practices.
- Identify improvements to system performance, code health, and team efficiency.
- Advocate for users and ensure solutions deliver meaningful customer value.
- Mentor teammates, share expertise, and help shape a culture of learning and technical rigor.
- Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on high-impact technical challenges.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack software development experience with a record of owning and delivering complex features or systems at scale.
- Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Deep proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, relational databases, Git, and AWS.
- Experience learning and using tools such as Linear, Claude Code, and other rapidly advancing AI tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including leading cross-functional discussions, driving alignment, and mentoring peers.
- DevOps-related experience is a plus, particularly experience owning how code runs in production.
