Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize Veeva CRM applications according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM platforms.
- Support CRM integration and data management activities.
- Ensure application quality and performance through testing and validation.
- Maintain application design, configuration, and deployment documentation.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM and experience configuring and customizing CRM applications.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM platform issues and familiarity with integration techniques and CRM data management.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
