Base Salary
$188k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to create a multi-year technical roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems for authentication and authorization.
- Architect customer-facing experiences for identity lifecycle management and IdP integration.
- Establish rigorous standards for code quality and security across the organization.
- Define SLOs and enhance observability to improve operational maturity.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive alignment on security initiatives across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- 5+ years of IAM domain expertise with a track record in identity products.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise security and compliance needs.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Expert-level problem-solving skills in distributed environments.
