Full-stack Java & React Software Engineer III

- Design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java.
- Execute software design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain application algorithms.
- Contribute to application architecture and design artifacts while meeting software design constraints.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to create visualizations and reporting that improve applications and systems.
- Identify data patterns and hidden problems to improve coding practices and system architecture.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI coding and automation tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Contribute to engineering communities of practice and a culture of diversity, inclusion, opportunity, and respect.
Requirements
- Hands-on practical experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, React, and REST services.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Jira, and similar development tools.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database-querying languages.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and application resiliency and security practices.
- Proficiency using AI tools and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
- Ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resiliency and security expectations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment-based immigration sponsorship and OPT/CPT-related support are not available.
