Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to solve complex problems and deliver solutions for Clio customers.
- Build and maintain scalable, performant, reliable web applications.
- Work with full-stack development teams across diverse projects and engineering groups.
- Review and provide feedback on peers’ code.
- Optimize databases and participate in mentorship and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience, specifically building web applications at scale.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively with distributed teams and customers.
- Demonstrated success mentoring others in software development, particularly using an Agile process and large-scale SaaS products.
- Strong database optimization experience and communication skills.
