Responsibilities

Investigate and support resolution of technical customer escalations and help ensure application stability for Flatiron clients.
Develop workflow and technical expertise to become a product expert.
Collaborate with technical solutions engineers, product teams, and engineering teams to investigate, prioritize, track, and resolve application issues.
Define reproducibility steps and recommended corrective actions or fixes for application issues.
Use SQL and data processing tools to understand feature usage and perform necessary data updates, edits, or corrections.
Use data analysis techniques to measure the impact of product defects.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Ability to develop hypotheses and solve ambiguous or complex problems with limited information.
Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders while driving issue resolution and advocating for clients.
Basic SQL knowledge and ability to learn other programming languages.
Ability to occasionally travel.
Preferred: technical degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred: experience in the medical field, especially with electronic medical records or medical billing software.
Preferred: experience working with Agile Scrum software engineering teams.
