Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize machine learning solutions in Document understanding, Search and QnA, GenAI, and Virtual Agents.
- Maintain backend services using Python for AI-driven applications.
- Design and implement APIs for integration with AI models and services.
- Develop tools for large-scale data processing and contribute to ML systems development.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI models and backend services.
- Develop algorithms for testing and validating ML solutions.
- Document and communicate development processes with peers and supervisors.
- Ensure the security and compliance of healthcare data, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in ML solutions development and production deployment.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals such as Deep Neural Networks and Transformer-based models.
- Strong grasp of OOP, Design Patterns, and quality software development.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as PyTorch.
- Familiarity with GenAI services like OpenAI GPT and experience in developing prompts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good written communication skills for remote collaboration.
