Responsibilities
- Audit workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap.
- Design and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows.
- Run enablement sessions and create documentation for AI adoption.
- Define success metrics and track performance of initiatives.
- Develop core primitives for building and deploying AI tools.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
- Deep experience using AI to build and ship solutions.
- Fluency with low-code/no-code tools, SQL, and APIs.
- Strong analytical and empathetic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for managing expectations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
