Responsibilities
- Build the MCP servers, agents, and plugin infrastructure for AI-native development.
- Design and ship agents to solve specific developer problems.
- Architect and drive CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Build infrastructure for AI tooling to enable confident development.
- Mentor engineers and provide architectural guidance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in platform, backend, or fullstack engineering.
- Experience shipping production LLM systems or AI extensions.
- Strong platform mindset with a focus on APIs and developer ergonomics.
- Proficiency in Python or Java and CI/CD tooling.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies like AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Security awareness in designing developer tooling.
