Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, operate, maintain, and improve high-scale software applications.
  • Build and maintain Java and SpringBoot microservices using GCP SDKs and GKE/Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain moderately complex data pipelines, data models, and data quality checks.
  • Integrate systems with internal systems, Data Fabric, and CSA Toolset.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technology roadmaps.
  • Implement security improvements in pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot data anomalies and complex distributed systems.
  • Evaluate and propose solutions involving GCP and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 5 years of cloud technology experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and developing Java and SpringBoot microservices using GCP SDKs and GKE/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with data pipelines, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and performance optimization.
  • Advanced Git usage and CI/CD integration skills.
  • Preferred experience with Dataflow, Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GCS, Composer/Airflow, Dataproc, Apache Spark, and AI/ML model development.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
