Responsibilities
- Build and evolve scalable AI platform capabilities for training, deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning solutions.
- Automate model deployment, data and feature pipelines, evaluation workflows, and continuous integration and continuous delivery capabilities.
- Develop observability, model monitoring, logging, and evaluation systems for reliable production AI.
- Advance model serving, APIs, prompt workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows, and vector infrastructure for generative AI applications.
- Influence platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and engineering standards to improve performance, security, resilience, and cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production systems and improve platform reliability across teams.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience building, automating, deploying, or operating AI and machine learning platforms in production environments.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent solutions.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, MLflow, model serving, APIs, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience designing and operating data pipelines, distributed processing systems, and scalable cloud-based architectures.
- A relevant degree in quantitative analytics, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience with product analytics and using data and insights to influence product or platform decisions.
- Preferred experience with Spark, Hadoop, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics, distributed data, or visualization platforms.
- A master’s degree in a relevant quantitative or data science discipline is preferred.
