Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for threat detection, anomaly identification, identity risk analysis, security automation, and incident response.
- Build cloud-native services, APIs, data pipelines, and reusable frameworks on Google Cloud for model training, inference, and real-time security intelligence.
- Integrate AI capabilities with IAM, PAM, IGA, secrets management, SIEM, SOAR, and enterprise security telemetry.
- Implement MLOps practices including deployment automation, monitoring, observability, performance evaluation, and AI model and agent lifecycle management.
- Apply secure software development, Zero Trust, and responsible AI controls to address prompt injection, adversarial AI threats, data leakage, and unauthorized access.
- Partner with cybersecurity, cloud, data engineering, and application development teams to deliver scalable enterprise AI cybersecurity solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications and services with Python.
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise solutions on Google Cloud or a comparable cloud platform.
- 6+ years of experience developing machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- 6+ years of experience building distributed systems and microservices using Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and APIs.
- 8+ years of experience across cybersecurity domains including IAM, PAM, IGA, secrets management, and Zero Trust architecture.
- 6+ years of experience with SIEM, SOAR, security operations workflows, and security automation technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Experience building AI agents and automation frameworks for enterprise security use cases is preferred.
- Experience delivering AI-powered cybersecurity solutions in financial services, payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent cloud certifications, are preferred.
- Familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, MITRE ATLAS, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework is preferred.
