Responsibilities
- Build and evolve scalable AI platform capabilities for training, deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI and machine learning solutions.
- Automate model deployment, data and feature pipelines, evaluation workflows, and delivery capabilities to accelerate production AI delivery.
- Develop observability, model monitoring, logging, and evaluation capabilities for reliable production AI operations.
- Advance model serving, APIs, prompt and RAG workflows, and vector infrastructure for generative AI applications.
- Influence platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and engineering standards to improve performance, security, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Design and operate data pipelines, distributed processing systems, and scalable cloud-based architectures.
Requirements
- Require 4–8 years of hands-on experience building, automating, deploying, or operating AI and machine learning platforms in production environments.
- Require strong engineering skills with Python, SQL, cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
- Require experience with MLOps, LLMOps, MLflow or similar model lifecycle tooling, model serving, APIs, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
- Require experience designing and operating data pipelines, distributed processing, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Require a relevant degree in quantitative analytics, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with product analytics and using data to influence product or platform decisions is a bonus.
- A master’s degree in a relevant quantitative or data science discipline is a bonus.
- Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics, distributed data, or visualization platforms is a bonus.
