Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists on LLM-based agents.
- Develop prompts, evaluations, and tools for code integration.
- Prototype solutions, iterate based on user feedback, and ship products.
- Stay informed on the latest research in LLM prompting and code editing.
- Work with other teams to enhance capabilities and integrate tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a backend engineer.
- Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python with a focus on code simplicity and performance.
- Experience shipping software that utilizes LLMs in production.
- Passion for generative AI and its impact on software engineering productivity.
- Experience with large-scale systems, machine learning, or related fields.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions.
- Experience in writing developer tools like IDEs or static code analysis tools.
- Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in daily workflows.
