Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement features.
- Establish a technical vision ensuring performance, security, and usability.
- Continuously improve design, implementation, testing, and monitoring of features.
- Enhance performance of key features in Java and Ruby on Rails.
- Lead the delivery of roadmap items with the team.
- Co-drive the creation of the technical roadmap for upcoming quarters.
Requirements
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Expert knowledge of Java and good knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle.
- User-first mindset focused on delivering value through secure and pragmatic code.
- Fluent in English.
- Embrace and champion AI-augmented engineering practices.
