Responsibilities
- Design and develop industrial Python applications incorporating agentic AI architectures and large language models.
- Design intelligent-agent workflows, orchestration mechanisms and knowledge-retrieval architectures including RAG, semantic indexing and enterprise-data access.
- Develop robust backend services integrating AI models, business tools, APIs and existing information systems.
- Ensure application performance, observability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business, technical and architecture teams to turn functional requirements into secure, scalable and compliant AI solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, software engineering practices, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, prompt management and model management.
- Help evolve Capco’s generative AI offerings.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience developing Python applications in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI solutions in production.
- Excellent command of Python, APIs, distributed architectures, design patterns and DevOps practices.
- Experience designing systems combining reasoning, agent orchestration, knowledge access, tool integration and enterprise data.
- Ability to work in complex, regulated and international environments.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP and associated AI services is preferred.
- Frontend development experience with Angular or React is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial, banking or insurance environments is preferred.
- Cloud, generative AI or machine learning certifications are preferred.
