Responsibilities
- Build search and discovery features that impact patient care.
- Take ownership of architectural decisions on the search stack.
- Iterate on ranking strategies and indexing pipelines.
- Share expertise through code reviews and mentoring.
- Lead the delivery of high-impact features for patient booking.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Java; familiarity with Elasticsearch or React/TypeScript is a plus.
- Good understanding of web technologies and distributed systems.
- Interest in search relevance, ranking, and performance optimization.
- User-first mindset focused on delivering value through quality code.
- Strong focus on code quality and rigorous testing culture.
