Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows.
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements for RPA solutions.
- Create reusable components and implement maintainable code.
- Gather project requirements and support integration with partner products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in robotic processes.
- Create and document test procedures for pre-UAT phases.
- Support existing automations and implement changes through structured control processes.
- Collaborate with the product team to suggest core functionality improvements.
- Participate in client-facing scoping discussions and prepare work effort estimates.
- Deliver UiPath trainings and mentoring sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle and automation technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks.
- Cross-functional business and application knowledge.
- Understanding of VB, object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languages.
- Project and change management experience is a plus.
- Experience with large language models and agentic implementations is a plus.
- Proficiency in preparing presentations and collaborating with stakeholders.
