Responsibilities
- Build deep expertise in Network Diagrams and Utility Network workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements and expected system behavior.
- Use domain knowledge to explore workflows and improve user experience.
- Validate capabilities through exploratory and data-driven approaches.
- Apply testing practices and use AI-assisted techniques for efficiency.
- Identify and help resolve issues in collaboration with development teams.
- Investigate customer-reported issues using real workflows.
- Evaluate product behavior to drive improvements.
- Contribute to best practices for customer adoption of Network Diagram capabilities.
- Create clear documentation and guidance for user success.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a GIS, software development, or related technical environment.
- Experience with network visualization, diagrams, or schematics.
- Experience with utility or telecommunications networks and their data models.
- Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of software quality practices and validation approaches.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive work independently.
- Ability to effectively use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Existing work authorization for France.
