Responsibilities
- Define and execute functional, regression, non-regression, integration, and relevant performance testing strategies for owned squads.
- Own release test plans and sign-off criteria in alignment with Head of Quality standards.
- Build, maintain, and expand automated test coverage and manage test backlogs, defect triage, and resolution tracking.
- Ensure test environments and datasets are fit for purpose and escalate transverse reliability issues.
- Report QA status, risks, release readiness, and actionable quality metrics to delivery leads and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and coordinate QA engineers and testers while contributing to the wider QA community.
- Support AI-driven QA initiatives, automation tooling, KPIs, technology reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in QA engineering or a related quality role.
- Solid QA engineering experience with team coordination or lead responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks and tooling.
- Experience testing large-scale e-commerce or omnichannel platforms.
- Experience in change management, communication, training, and team support.
- Comfort working across SAFe and Agile delivery models, including Epic/User Story and DoR/DoD practices.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate test results into clear risk and release-readiness signals.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in consulting and Agile methodologies is a plus.
