Responsibilities
- Translate high-level business needs into defined users, minimum useful versions, entities, lifecycles, permissions, constraints, and build-versus-integrate decisions.
- Extend platform primitives rather than unnecessarily reinventing them, then build, ship, monitor, and improve the resulting product capabilities.
- Work across product management, frontend, backend, data modeling, infrastructure, and AI.
- Use coding agents for implementation, codebase exploration, documentation, debugging, and operations.
- Decompose problems into executable work for agents and critically review generated output.
- Maintain coherence in a large generated codebase using tests and instrumentation.
Requirements
- Around 2–5 years of professional engineering experience.
- Demonstrated depth in an area of engineering while remaining willing to work beyond that specialty.
- Hands-on experience making coding agents central to development workflows, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Evidence of owning a problem from definition through delivery and ongoing production operation.
- Comfort working with an evolving brief and changing priorities.
- Professional English proficiency; French is not required.
